Hoof N Paw Labs — Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States (domestic).
Outbound carrier/service: Regular USPS Mail (most orders arrive in 3–6 business days depending on distance).
Return of sample: Prepaid USPS Priority Mail 2-Day® envelope is included inside every kit.

Processing times

Orders placed by 12:00 PM Central ship same business day; otherwise next business day (Mon–Fri, USPS holidays excluded).
You’ll receive an order confirmation and then a tracking email when your label prints.

Delivery estimates

Outbound to you: Regular USPS Mail → typically 3–6 business days (estimate, not a guarantee).
Return to our lab: Use the included USPS Priority Mail 2-Day® envelope (prepaid). Most returns arrive 1–3 business days after drop-off.

Rates & packaging

Outbound shipping is calculated at checkout by weight/zone.
We can combine up to 10 kits in one box to reduce cost and waste.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout.
Need a change? Email support@hoofnpawlabs.com before your order ships—after shipment we can’t reroute USPS packages.

Tracking & delivery help

Tracking for regular USPS may take several hours to update.
If a package is marked Delivered but missing:
1. Check with household members/neighbors and around doors/lockers,
2. Contact your local Post Office,
3. Email us within 7 days and we’ll assist.

Damage, missing items, or lost in transit

Damaged/Missing on arrival: Email photos of the box and contents to support@hoofnpawlabs.com within 48 hours—we’ll replace affected items.
Lost in transit: If tracking stalls 7+ days, contact us for help with a reship when appropriate.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, rural

We ship to PO Boxes and most APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Some rural ZIPs may add a day or two.

Sustainability

Recyclable kraft packaging and paper inserts.
Right-sized shipments: add up to 10 kits to one outbound box.
The biodegradable sample bag is processed by our lab after testing—no action needed from you.
